I can see myself further exploring Michelle Hastings backstory by immersing myself in the Red Files Universe too in due course. I have now ordered Book two Chaos Agent which was published last month. It can absolutely be read as a stand-alone. Although one of the main protagonists, Michelle Hastings features in Lee Winter’s previous The Red Files Series, you don’t need to have read that to follow and enjoy The Fixer.
